Virginia Hurricanes Girls Flag Football is excited to announce tryouts for our 2025-26 Girls Flag Football travel teams — 10U, 12U, 14U, and High School.
Player Team Age Eligibility:
10U = players born on or after August 1, 2014
12U = players born on or after August 1, 2012
14U = players born on or after August 1, 2010
High School = players enrolled in high school during the 2025–2026 school year
Many of our players also play travel soccer and travel/AAU basketball. We make it possible for these players to participate in Hurricanes flag by adjusting our schedules!!

10U and 12U Tryout Dates and Times:
*July 12 (Saturday): 4:45 PM – 6:00 PM (10U and 12U only)
*July 13 (Sunday): 4:45 PM – 6:00 PM (10U and 12U only)
14U and High School Tryout Dates and Times:
*August 2 (Saturday): 4:45 PM – 6:00 PM (14U and High School only)
*August 3 (Sunday ): 4:45 PM – 6:00 PM (14U and High School only)
Tryout Location:
Washington-Liberty High School (stadium turf field)
1301 N. Stafford Street, Arlington, VA 22201
Additional Information:
*We recommend players attend both tryout sessions, if possible.
*Players should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of their session.
Additional tryout sessions may be added if needed.
