Revolutionary Fitness announced today that all appointments for its January 9 DEXA Scan Day are officially filled. Every available slot was claimed ahead of schedule.

DEXA scans are considered the gold standard for measuring body composition, providing precise data on lean muscle mass, body fat, visceral fat, and bone density. For adults over 50, this information is not interesting trivia. It is actionable intelligence that reveals whether the body is being protected or quietly declining.
