Our therapists can help you navigate a variety of concerns including disordered eating, dieting, overexercise, self-worth, shame, anxiety, depression and more. We see individuals of all genders (ages 12 and older). Our services are offered both virtually and in person in Arlington, VA (Rosslyn). We are in-network with CareFirst BCBS and Optum/UHC insurances and offer sliding scale rates to all others so that finances are never a barrier to care.

March 20-29, the DC Environmental Film Festival (DCEFF) will host screenings (many FREE) of over 75 eye-catching and exciting new films at venues across the DMV Area, including museums, foreign embassies, universities, and other cultural institutions.

Virginia Hurricanes Basketball is offering a Friday night youth basketball training program in January and February 2025 for girls and boys in grades K through 5.
AGENDA: Players will have a fun-filled experience working on individual basketball skills and learning the rules and concepts of the game. Sessions will consist of a 30 minute skills session followed by 30 minutes of controlled game play.
