This past week, 77 properties were sold in Alexandria. These ranged from a historical $1.6 million Queen Street residence to a two-bedroom condo for $180,000.
Zooming out, Homesnap reports 360 homes listed for sale in Alexandria, including 247 condos, 56 detached homes and 57 townhomes.
“The median list price is $459,900 and the median sales price is $530,000,” reports Homesnap. “There have been 140 new listings in the last 4 weeks and 274 sales.”
