Waterfront Condominium Model Home Opens at Robinson Landing: VIP Preview October 24-25

Experience and explore all Robinson Landing has to offer at EYA’s special VIP Preview Event on October 24 and October 25. As a VIP, you will be among the first to have access to exclusive, private tours of our brand new waterfront condominium model home.

During the 30-minute preview tour, a member of our team will guide you from the lobby to the model home, answering any questions you might have while providing neighborhood updates, home information and an overview of neighborhood amenities including the fitness and yoga studio, private lounge, pet grooming spa, bike workshop and more.

You will also have the opportunity to explore the surrounding neighborhood including the public promenade at your leisure. As construction on the pier continues, residents can look forward to new dining and outdoor opportunities coming soon.

Potomac Harmony is Back! Following a gap year of competing, then virtual rehearsals during the pandemic, followed by the well-earned retirement of our long-term director, a year of a director search, Potomac Harmony hit the regional contest stage in Concord, North Carolina in March for the first time since 2018! It was exhilarating, reaffirming, and rewarding!

The chorus hit all of its goals, the biggest of which was to have fun and sing our best on contest stage — we did both! Because we earned a score over 400 points, our new Director, Allison Lynskey, was awarded the Novice Director award, photo above. What’s next? So much! We now look forward to upcoming performances, growing our membership, and expanding our musical product with new arrangements and an education component each week. It’s an exciting time to be part of this ever-growing ensemble!
