Alexandria accepting public feedback on recreation programs until Saturday

Alexandria is asking for public feedback on its recreation programs.

program interest survey is open to the public until Saturday, Nov. 1. It asks respondents about their recreational interests, their usage of city recreation centers and parks, and what offerings could be expanded or improved by the Department of Recreation, Parks, and Cultural Activities.

“Your feedback will help us understand whether our programs reflect the interests and needs of the Alexandria community, and it will also guide us as we look for ways to improve our events, classes, and programs,” the city said in a release.

Alexandria’s recreation centers are open to city residents and offer a variety of programs, including language, dance and fitness classes, aquatics and sports leagues, personal training, teen and senior activities, camps, and more.
