The Alexandria City Council will host a town hall meeting on Nov. 5 (Wednesday) at the Nannie J. Lee Memorial Recreation Center (1108 Jefferson Street) in Old Town.
“Members of the Alexandria City Council will be present to speak about the issues impacting you and your family. You can also get the latest news on upcoming projects and initiatives in Alexandria,” the city said in a release.
The meeting will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., and questions can be submitted online by 5 p.m. on Nov. 4 (Tuesday). Questions can otherwise be asked in person at the event.
“City Council members will read the submitted questions aloud and answer as many as time allows,” according to the release.
A video of the meeting will be posted after the meeting on alexandriava.gov/Dockets and on the city’s YouTube channel.
