Tickets went on sale Monday for Ice & Lights: The Winter Village at Cameron Run, one of three holiday light attractions operated by NOVA Parks this winter season.
The outdoor winter experience at Cameron Run Regional Park in Alexandria features illuminated holiday displays, ice skating, photo opportunities, and seasonal refreshments. It opens on November 15 and runs through February 28.
NOVA Parks announced ticket sales on social media on Monday, promoting Ice & Lights alongside its two other holiday attractions: Meadowlark’s Winter Walk of Lights in Vienna, opening on November 7, and Bull Run Festival of Lights in Centreville, opening on November 14.
Ice & Lights will operate on weekends only from November 15-16 and November 22-23, with the village open from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. From November 28 through December 30, both the village and ice rink will be open daily from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Daytime ice skating will be available on select dates, starting with weekends on Dec. 6-7 and Dec. 13-14 from noon to 4 p.m. Daily daytime skating will run from Dec. 20 through Jan. 4, then resume on weekends and holidays only from Jan. 10 through Feb. 28.
Tickets purchased online cost $9 for village-only admission, $13.50 for daytime ice skating, and $21.50 for combined village and evening skating. Prices are slightly higher at the door. All prices exclude taxes and transaction fees.
Reservations are required to ensure access on a specific date. The event is rain or shine, and tickets are non-refundable but can be rebooked to another date prior to the original ticket time.
