TD Bank will relocate its Alexandria branch from 119 S Washington Street to 515 King Street on October 11, 2025, according to a customer notification letter dated July 10, 2025.
The new location will be situated next to Tatte Bakery & Cafe in Old Town Alexandria.
In the customer letter signed by Retail Market President Demetrius Johnson, TD Bank assured customers that all account information will remain the same during the transition. The bank emphasized that customers can continue accessing their accounts through any TD Bank location, online banking, the mobile app, ATMs, and 24/7 customer service.
The Washington Street branch is one of three TD Bank locations currently operating in Alexandria. The other two branches are located at 6566 Little River Turnpike and 557 S Van Dorn Street.

The new King Street location will maintain the same lobby hours as the current Washington Street branch, according to the customer notification. Current and future operating hours are Monday through Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
