Two men stabbed in Alexandria, police investigating

Alexandria police are investigating a double stabbing incident that occurred Sunday evening on Edsall Road. Two men were found with stab wounds, leading to a significant police presence in the area.

The Alexandria Police Department reported the “felonious assault” at 7:08 p.m. on June 29 in the 6000 block of Edsall Road. As of now, authorities haven’t released information about the victims’ conditions or any potential suspects.

Police are asking anyone with information about the incident to call 911. The investigation is ongoing, with law enforcement maintaining a strong presence in the area as they gather evidence and speak to potential witnesses.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), the Alexandria Police Department stated, “There is a significant police presence in the 6000 block of Edsall Rd. Police are investigating a felonious assault where 2 males were located with stab wounds.”
