In the spirit of the holidays, we’re spending the day with friends, family and possibly some spiked egg nog.
Incidentally, do you know how to keep cool a delicious tureen of White House egg nog (it has three kinds of liquor in it)? With a block of egg nog ice cream. No kidding! It just gets creamier and creamier as it melts.
There’s plenty of news happening in Alexandria, and our regularly scheduled programming will continue on Dec. 26 (Thursday).
