PHOTOS: The ‘Holiday Dreams’ concert at the George Washington Masonic National Memorial

It was a festive Sunday with holiday music at the George Washington Masonic National Memorial.

The Washington Metropolitan Philharmonic and the Alexandria Choral Society performed their sold-out “Holiday Dreams” concert.

The concert included Grace-Evangeline Mason’s The Imagined Forest, Duke Ellington’s Nutcracker Suite and a number of holiday choral selections.

The philharmonic next plays Beethoven’s 5th Symphony on March 2, and the choral society’s next concert, Washington Women, is on March 8 at the Masonic Temple.
