
A massage therapist at Alexandria Massage Envy (4539 Duke Street) in the Shoppes at Foxchase shopping center has been arrested and charged in relation to sexual assault against two clients.
According to the Alexandria Police Department (APD):
The Alexandria Police Department has arrested and charged Picard K. Johnson, a 31-year-old masseuse and resident of Maryland, with two counts of Object Sexual Penetration related to allegations of sexual assault by two clients.
Picard was a massage therapist at an Alexandria Massage Envy at 4539 Duke Street in the Foxchase Shoppes.
Detectives are continuing to investigate in attempts to identify anyone who visited this location between August 1 and September 26, 2024, and experienced inappropriate contact with the massage therapist.

The Alexandria Sheriff’s Office said Johnson was arrested on Oct. 11 and released on a $2,500 secured bond on Oct. 15. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 22.
