Alexandria wraps up pothole repair season

As of today (Friday), Alexandria drivers should be experiencing significantly fewer potholes.

Alexandria’s Department of Transportation and Environmental Services tweeted that today, crews with the department have wrapped up their “pothole patrol” for all zones across the city.

Today marks the end of a month of patrols around the city that aimed to find and fix various potholes. The city fixes and an average of 10,000 potholes.

For anyone that spots a pothole the city missed, they can call 311 or 703-746-4311.
