Most and least expensive townhouses sold in Alexandria (Dec-Jan 2023)

This past week saw 18 homes sold in Alexandria.

The least expensive condo, single-family home or townhouse sale over the past seven days was $200,000 while the most expensive was $1,750,000.

Over the past month, meanwhile, a total of 31 townhouses were sold. Let’s take a look at some of the most and least expensive townhouses sold over the past month.

Most expensive townhouses sold

  1. 100 Quay Street — $2,800,000 (4 Beds | 4.5 Baths | 2,917 SQ FT)
  2. 1219 van Valkenburgh Lane — $1,150,000 (4 Beds | 3.5 Baths | 2,702 SQ FT)
  3. 711 Arch Hall Lane — $1,075,000 (4 Beds | 3.5 Baths | 2,726 SQ FT)

Least expensive townhouses sold

  1. 4312 Vermont Avenue — $512,000 (2 Beds | 2 Baths | 1,246 SQ FT)
  2. 4305 Vermont Avenue — $525,000 (2 Beds | 2 Baths | 1,188 SQ FT)
  3. 51 Fendall Avenue — $535,000 (3 Beds | 3.5 Baths | 1,881 SQ FT)
