Most and least expensive homes sold in Alexandria (Dec-Jan 2023)

This past week saw 21 homes sold in Alexandria.

The least expensive condo, single-family home or townhouse sale over the past seven days was $229,000 while the most expensive was $1,302,500.

Over the past month, meanwhile, a total of 19 single-family homes were sold. Let’s take a look at some of the most and least expensive homes sold over the past month.

Most expensive homes sold

  1. 1401 Key Drive — $1,879,000 (6 Beds | 4.5 Baths | 5,275 SQ FT)
  2. 302 Mansion Drive — $1,495,000 (4 Beds | 2.5 Baths | 2,626 SQ FT)
  3. 202 W Myrtle Street — $1,442,500 (4 Beds | 3 Baths | 2,386 SQ FT)
  4. 3905 Colonel Ellis Avenue — $1,302,500 (5 Beds | 3.5 Baths | 3,369 SQ FT)
  5. 718 S Overlook Drive — $995,000 (3 Beds | 2 Baths | 1,889 SQ FT)

Least expensive homes sold

  1. 4707 Surry Place — $625,000 (4 Beds | 2 Baths | 2,528 SQ FT)
  2. 6014 Lomack Court — ($640,000 (3 Beds | 1.5 Baths | 1,636 SQ FT )
  3. 154 Cambridge Road — $655,000 (3 Beds | 2 Baths | 1,664 SQ FT )

“In Alexandria there are currently 294 homes for sale, of those 172 are condos, 39 are detached homes, and 83 are townhomes,” according to Homesnap. “The median list price is $714,990 and the median sales price if $575,000.”

Monarch Montessori School is now enrolling infants, toddlers and three year-olds for its full-time Montessori program. We offer a seamless enrollment process which involves submitting an application for review, paying the enrollment fee and submitting the remaining enrollment materials before your proposed start date.
