But first: As of June 27, 466 homes are listed for sale in Alexandria, according to Homesnap. That includes 299 condos, 59 detached homes and 108 townhomes. The median list price is $485,000 and the median sales price is $682,500. In the past four weeks, there have been 256 homes sales.
