This past week, 57 properties sold in Alexandria, including a $5 million 6 BD/5.5 BA historical Old Town home.
In total, Homesnap reports 358 homes listed for sale in Alexandria, including 258 condos, 45 detached homes and 55 townhomes.
“The median list price is $420,000 and the median sales price is $603,600,” reports Homesnap. “There have been 145 new listings in the last 4 weeks and 284 sales.”
