The real estate market is still movin’ in Alexandria as we close out March. This past week, 65 properties were recently sold in Alexandria, including a $1.7 million seven-bedroom colonial.
As of March 21, Homesnap reports 338 homes listed for sale, including 252 condos, 46 detached homes and 40 townhomes.
“The median list price is $459,900 and the median sales price is $562,000,” reports Homesnap. “There have been 145 new listings in the last 4 weeks and 273 sales.”

- 2050 Jamieson Avenue #1304 — 2 BD/2 BA condo — $620,000
