Victor is an internationally renowned artist who lives about one mile and a half from Nepenthe and whose studio is in Washington, D.C. He is celebrated for his diverse portfolio that spans paintings, drawings, sculptures, illustrations and monumental public art. Drawing inspiration from *Nsibidi”—-an indigenous ideographic script of southeastern Nigeria, his art functions as a visual language that bridges the gap between historical tradition and modern abstraction.
