Gil McCutcheon Park Tree Rescue

Come help save the shade in this beloved park! Let’s rescue trees from the stranglehold of non-native, invasive vines. You’ll learn skills you can take home to save your own trees. Park on the street adjacent to 7416 Burtonwood Drive (near intersection of Belle Vista Drive and Burtonwood Drive) and walk into the park. We will meet near the Lamond House adjacent to the playground. Recommend wearing long sleeve shirt, pants, boots, and have leather gloves and own water bottle. Bring nippers and loppers if you have them. Some limited tools will be available.
