Fellow Del Ray restaurant Pak Soii Izakaya and Bar serves up Japanese sushi, hand rolls, skewers and drinks. The restaurant had a soft opening in October 2025 and celebrated its grand opening in June 2026.

Dok Khao Thai Eatery opened at the Oakville development serves up a Thai street food-inspired menu from chef Porntipa Pattanamekar. It opened in March 2026.
