Cider and cheese go together naturally. In fact, many of the world’s finest cheeses come from traditional cider
regions. Think of Clos Normand Cider and Camembert (Normandy, France). What grows together goes together!
In this workshop participants will look at the basics of cheese and then pair four different kinds of cheese with four
different ciders (including Comeback Kid, Juicy, En Feugo, and one seasonal!). This 1.5 hours class includes a sensory exercise at the beginning and will include a pairing guide to take home. The majority of this class is comparing the different cheeses with ciders.
